Left-click on the title and find the number 1 on the bottom of the new page that opens. Right-click on that number and select "Save target as..." with Interent Explorer or "Save Link As" with Netscape Navigator to download the file.
Unzip (password: www.mod.far.ru/mp3/), rename to mid.

Левый клик на названии, внизу открывшейся страницы правый клик на цифре и выберите "Сохранить объект как" в IE или "Сохранить ссылку как" в NN.
Распакуйте зип-файл (пароль: www.mod.far.ru/mp3/) и переименуйте в mid.
